We emphasize ongoing contact with our clients.   We do this because we find that the most important questions are usually the ones that people do not know to ask.   Thus, it is important for us to meet regularly so we do not find out about issues only when it is too late to address them effectively.  

If you expect your technology partner to keep you apprised of developments that could effect you and your business, you need this level of involvement.   If you believe that proper exploitation of technology will allow you to improve profits and sales, you need this level of involvement.  

If you just want to call someone in every few months to fix what's broken, we can refer you to other companies who do that, but that's not our business model.
